The Tennessee Master Nursery Program (TMNP) was created in the Fall of 2012, and the committee is in the process of developing an online course so that regardless of location or seasonal demands of each individual nursery, all Tennessee growers will have the opportunity to participate. Many producers will want to participate in the Master Nursery Program to qualify for additional cost share from the Tennessee Agricultural Enhancement Program (TAEP). At this point, the committee is just embarking on developing the online course and there is not a launch date for it, but it is anticipated in early fall. A live course is not planned for 2013. The TMNP website has a lot of details and can be helpful in answering many of the questions that you may have.
